Honoured Athletic Leader Nomination 2010
This recognition is presented to individuals who have spent countless hours contributing to sport in the City of Calgary.
Recipients are people who have been executive members, coaches, officials or who have contributed to the operation of sport for many years.
Nomination is made by: application, letter, resume and supportive documentation which demonstrates the significance of the contributions made by the nominee.
All nominations are closed for 2010.
