The first time they played together, Austin Strand and Austin Wagner were two of five boys who shared the same first name. Now, they’re the only Austins in the LA Kings organization.
Cole and Halle Pratt are brother and sister – and members of Team Canada. Cole competed in the 100m Backstroke and finished 7th in his heat, while Halle is set to compete on August 6 in Artistic Swimming.
“We’ve played in plenty of tournaments over the years where you’re in a gym and there’s two teams and about five people in the stands,” said Madell. “So it won’t be a foreign feeling for us.”
